Tasked with rebranding Wells Fargo from being considered a bank with an inward-focused mindset to one that customers would trust and join, I developed the Fast Then, Fast Now campaign featuring TV, print, in-branch posters, and online banner ads. The number of new customer sign-ups led to new branches being opened across the country.
